In her capacity as a registered specialist counsellor and a Doctor of Theology Dr Marlene Martin has officiated at weddings and funerals across Africa and the Islands. The legal requirements are completed by the client themselves at their relevant Home Affairs and the religious ceremony is conducted on site by her by arrangement.
