Destination Weddings and Honeymoons in Africa.

The organisation has over thirty years experience in planning intimate beach and safari weddings in Africa, the indian Ocean Islands or Israel. Sun and Sandals is a Wholesale our Company. Our collective skills include travel and tourism (retail and wholesale) law, commerce, theology, social development. The division was started as more and more clients were requesting stress free, cost effective weddings alone. This is called an elopement. Couples can elope by themselves or with close friends and family members.

Beach weddings - a beach wedding in Africa or a on a tropical island can be organised. These include civil legally binding weddings, mock weddings, vow renewal ceremonies and second marriages, themed events such as an Indian blessing. Top locations include Mauritius, the Seychelles, Zanzibar, South Africa's Ballito Bay or Cape Town and the Garden Route. A romantic island honeymoon can be organised combining the destinations with Africa or other island destinations like Reunion or Madagascar.

Safari weddings - many couples want to experience the African bush. What more romantic or exotic way to tie the knot than at a game lodge or tented camp? Couples can fly into a game reserve, enjoy the Big Five experience and then get hitched amongst elephants, lions, monkeys and the roar of the lion. Safari weddings can be arranged in the bush itself or at the game lodge depending on logistics and safety. Couples also have an option of hiring the landrover for themselves for bush wedding photographs and sunset drinks with the African sky overhead.

In Zimbabwe or Zambia, photos can be taken overlooking the Victoria Falls or the Zambezi river. In Kenya choose the Masai Mara for a mind blowing experience. South Africa's Kruger National Park, Madikwe and Addo Elephant Parks offer superb wedding venues. South Africa offers malaria free game reserves for child friendly weddings and couples traveling with kids. Top locations for a safari bush wedding include South Africa, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Zanzibar, Kenya. Couples can also look at combining a wedding on Zanzibar island with a honeymoon safari in Tanzania to visit Selous, Serengeti, Arusha or climb Kiliminjaro.
