For the destinations falling under legal civil weddings we require the following: Usually there is a minimum residency stay, East Africa usually requires 4 working day Copies of Passports of bride and groom Copies of Divorce decree is any Copies of parental consent if below 21 years Full contact details including residency In Zambia and Zimbabwe we require occupation details and parental consent despite age of bride and groom Specifications for the ceremony and reception - where, when, number of guests etc For a Catholic, Jewish, Hindu, Muslim or other affiliated religious ceremony we may require additional paperwork as per the specific faith For a mock non legal wedding no formalities are required except residency of bride and groom and specifications for the ceremony and reception.

MINIMUM WORKING BASIS Please note, we are a tour company and offer assistance of a destination wedding for our valued clients. Therefore we can only assist clients on the following minimum basis couples only and small groups - we require minimum booking of a travel package or two night's stay to arrange the ceremony and reception. group weddings - if the group is above nine people we require booking of both ceremony and reception through Sun and Sandals to assist with a wedding.
