friends or executives seeking privacy or wanting to celebrate a special occasion
or anniversary.
This safari is for a maximum of 8 guests, and the guests of this safari have exclusive

in the Moremi Game Reserve then by boat to Little Kwara in the remote Northern
Okavango Delta. Finally to the luxurious Ntwala Island Lodge in the Chobe area.
Day one Upon arrival at Maun Airport, you will be met by our representative and
board a 25 min scenic flight over the Okavango Delta to Pandani’s Camp.
Big lagoons and big game, a land and water experience in the Okavango Delta. Set
in the heart of the Moremi Game Reserve - rated one of the finest game viewing
areas in Africa, Pandani’s is one of the best locations in Botswana. Situated
next to Xakanaxa main camp, Pandani’s comprises four of the twelve Xakanaxa Camp
tents, which may be reserved for exclusive use for a maximum of eight guests.
Each tent has twin or double beds, ensuite facilities and private viewing decks
overlooking the Xakanaxa lagoon. The camp, with its eclectic mix of African style
furnishings has its’ own private elevated wood and thatch lounge including private
dining area with separate service kitchen, fire-deck, swimming pool with sundeck
and sala. There
is a curio shop in the main complex. At night the camp looks stunning as it is
lit by dozens of paraffin lamps and candles. The game drives in this sector of
Moremi take one down winding tracks, through Mopane forests and across lush grasslands.
The waterways are either forded by vehicles or crossed on rustic log bridges.
It is one of the only camps in this area to offer guests an all year round combination
land and water experience; safaris to discover the abundant wildlife and exceptional
bird life of the area are undertaken in open 4x4 land rovers, as well as by powerboat
and traditional dugout canoe (mokoro). Birding in the area is excellent, especially
in the spring and summer months when the migrants are breeding. To the north are
the world famous heronries, which attract large numbers of breeding storks and
herons. This
biodiversity endows Pandani’s Camp with a true year round land and water
experience. It is one of the few Botswana lodges that can offer all year round
boating trips, as well as extensive 4x4 drives into outstanding game country.
The Moremi Reserve is rated as one of Africa’s finest game-viewing areas, offering
sanctuary to abundant herds of elephant, sable, giraffe, tsessebe, lechwe, wildebeest,
impala and waterbuck. Lion, leopard, cheetah, wild dog and hyena complete the
picture Pandani’s is the ideal hideaway for families, small groups of friends
or executives seeking privacy or wanting to celebrate a special occasion or anniversary.
