SUNDOWNER STOP As the day draws to a close and the sun fades away over this vast no-man’s land, the group will arrive at the Sunset Bar complete with Persian carpets, a majilis area, cushions and flame torches . On arrival they will be welcomed with traditional Arabic band and Arabic welcome ( Rose water and rose petals) and glass of Champagne fresh, succulent strawberries and a selection of crudités, dips and canapés. As guests unwind and mingle they can almost feel the silence of the desert while watching the stunning vistas of endless dunes and the magical desert sunset. Here in the Dune we will have the Priest to bless the couple with the backdrop of sun setting into the desert . 17: 45 to 18:00 hours After the blessings ceremony is over we will have the guests to be transferred from the sunset bar to the wedding Campsite . Campsite 18:00 hours : After a short drive, guest will see the soft lights of a Bedouin Village which will surprise them as they reach the summit of a high sand dune.

The wedding campsite is specifically built to depict an authentic Bedouin Village with Barasti (dried palm leaves) tents, decorated with rustic carpets and low tables. We will have the whole campsite carpeted . Soft lighting emitted from traditional lanterns and traditional Arabic music in the background will add flair and authenticity to the evening that will impress even the most jaded of travellers, completed with camels and their keepers. Our campsite is however equipped with modern lavatories and running water. We will have round table seating set up for the dinner and Wine bottles willl be kept in each tables . The tables will decorated with flowers . The throbbing beat of drums pierce the Arabian night as delegates enter the campsite under the starlit sky.

Open fires blaze, casting flickering shafts of light onto the faces of gorgeous locals in traditional outfits that welcome guests and hand over cold towels and liquid refreshments. As the guest mingle they will be transported to an era of long ago .The couple will enter the arena in a camel at this time ( can be substituted with horse) . As they enter bridal March will be played and will get down from the camel and walk through the red carpet to the middle of the campsite where a wedding cake will be placed . The couple will cut the cake and it marks the start of the other entertainments. Imp Note – We will provide the couple with a separate closed tent for them to change from the wedding attire to evening attire We will arrange for an MC TO compere the whole evening An English band will start playing and in-between will be substituted by DJ and will be there for the whole evening A mind-blowing fire show featuring exquisite local talent will wow the audience and announce the start of gala dinner.
